Therapeutic Counselling
Life can be really tough, especially when it throws unexpected challenges our way, hitting us hard when we least expect it. And at times, it can feel like we’re just trying to stay afloat and get through and survive another day. Counselling can help you get through this time so that you are not alone.
We can support you to:
* Navigate your grief following the loss of a loved one, or a significant life change
* Help you to improve your communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance overall relationship dynamics with a partner, family or friend
* Provide strategies to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress or emotional dysregulation
* Support you during major life changes, such as career shifts, divorce, having a child, or moving to a new place
You may be eligible for Medicare subsidies, or Private Health Insurance rebates. See FAQs for details of eligibility.

Navigating ADHD/ASD
By integrating our own lived experiences with professional expertise, we provide personalised support for those navigating the sometimes-complex world of neurodivergence. We understand that the world can feel unaccommodating at times, and we are dedicated to helping you tackle some of the challenges we collectively face in a society that is not always built with “us” in mind.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore your neurodivergent identity, seeking guidance on obtaining a formal diagnosis, looking to increase your executive functioning skills, or wanting to deepen your understanding of your diagnosis, we are here to support you every step of the way. We can also work with your family, loved ones, or workplace/school to help them gain insight into your needs, and how best to support you, and themselves.
Our services are available through general therapeutic counselling services, or, where applicable, through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). See FAQs for further details.

Anger Management
Anger is something that we all experience, and behind someone’s anger is actually a natural self-protective response. However, anger can be extremely destructive, and a serious problem for you, loved ones or others.
Our anger management counselling comes from a ‘non-judgmental’ place. It aims to equip you to understand what anger is, what is happening when you get triggered and come up with practical ways that work for “you” to avoid the destructive side of anger.
We can offer tailored counselling sessions to manage your anger via your Mental Health Care Plan, or through ‘fee for service’ sessions. However, we also offer and recommend completing our 4-week anger management program*, which comes with a certificate of completion and follow up check-in phone call after you complete the program.

Pregnancy Support
Our compassionate counselling sessions offer a safe and confidential space, where you can express your thoughts, emotions and any concerns you might have about your pregnancy, or the first year of parenting.
Whether you’re feeling the thrill of becoming a mum, grappling with anxiety and fear about your abilities as a parent, exploring termination options, navigating grief and loss, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’re here to listen and support you.
Non-directive support means that we won't tell you what to do; instead, we’ll listen and empower you to explore your feelings and thoughts, and assist you with the right information for decision making.
You can access up to three partially subsidised sessions through Medicare, for each pregnancy, with a referral from your GP.
